TO OPEN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT

1. One passport photograph showing full face forward, indicating your full     name and dully signed by you at the back.

2. Identification document for each signatory e.g. International passport,     National drivers licenses, etc.

TO OPEN A CURRENT ACCOUNT

1. One passport photograph showing full face forward, indicating your     full name and dully signed by you at the bank.

2. Identification document for each signatory e.g. International passport,     national drivers licenses, etc.

3. Copy of utility bill issued within the last three months. Please bring along
    the original for sighting.

4. Two reference forms duly completed by an individual or corporate     body maintaining a current account within Nigeria.

TO OPEN A CORPORATE ACCOUNT

1.    Account opening form duly completed.

2.    Two duly completed specimen signature card.

3.    Two independent and satisfactory references.

4.    Two recent clear passport size of each signatory to the account with        their names & signatures written on the reverse side.

5.    Certificate of Incorporation / Registration

6.    Certified true copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association / Rules /
       Constitution / Partnership Deed

7.    Form CO7/CAC2.3 – particulars of Directors (original to be sighted).

8.    Form CO2 – Allotment of shares of the company

9.    Residence permits (where applicable)

10.  Identification of signatories – international passport, drivers license or
       national ID card (original to be sighted)

11.  Resolution appointing Gapbridge MFB as the company bankers

12.  Initial deposit

13.  Public utility receipt (Tax clearance certificate, PHCN bills, Water bill, and        phone bills)

14.  A duly completed signatory personal information for each of the        signatory to the account
